Perfect Path Investments dba The Business Hub was founded by entrepreneurs Bub & Cory Fisk in the small, romantic, foothill town of Valley Springs, California. Innovators and over-comers. The Fisk’s vision was to create a Business Center that offers local customers the same opportunities as more urban settings. The Business Hub provides innovative support for start up companies and has the latest visual communications technology. The Business Hub provides office rentals for the Home Business Entrepreneurs, computer workstations, and business start up packages that assist individuals in jump starting their business.

Our team is dedicated to assisting clients in achieving confidence in developing and implementing the best possible business strategies for the success of their company and/or their personal endeavors.
The Story of Leadership
bub & Cory Fisk are both mentored through the Real Estate Educational Program of Fortune builders Mastery Program 2016. Bub Fisk graduated from Calaveras High School striving for an Architectural Degree at Delta Community College. However, he soon embraced his natural skills for operating equipment and became a self-educated contractor with a C21 DCemolition Contractor's License #888353. Bub has great pride in his local community, developing and molding local youth volunteering as football coach for over 12 years at several different levels. Cory Fisk graduated from Texas A&M University, BS, University of Phoenix, MA, General Engineering Class A Contractors License #986710 and is Department Head and Professor of Construction Management Technology at Cosumnes River College.
